Warranty Scope

This policy applies to all elevator accessories sold by our company (elevator traction machines, control cabinets, frequency converters, door machine systems, speed limiters, safety clutches, buffers, steel wires, light curtains, buttons, etc.). The warranty covers quality issues caused by material, manufacturing or design defects.

II. Warranty Period

General accessories: 12 months from the date of delivery.

Main components (control cabinets, frequency converters, elevator traction machines, door machine systems, speed limiters, safety clutches, buffers): 24 months.

III. Warranty Service

During the warranty period, if it is confirmed that it is a quality issue, free repair or replacement will be provided, and the return shipping cost will be borne; the response time is within 2 working days.

IV. Application Process

Customers need to provide the order number/invoice, product model, problem description and purchase proof, and submit the application through the customer service hotline, email or online customer service. After the review is passed, the product should be returned according to the instructions.

V. Exclusions

The following situations are not covered by the warranty:

Human damage, improper installation, unauthorized repair or modification;

External factors such as fire, water immersion, lightning strike, abnormal voltage;

Normal wear and tear and consumable parts (such as guide shoes, pulleys);

Damage caused during transportation;

Beyond the warranty period.

The company reserves the right to amend this policy. The updated version will be released on the website.
